I must admit we were nervous to purchase a car on the internet. We have purchased many items on-line, but never a car. We decided that we had to go with a seller that had a great rating for our peace of mind. After working with practically the entire staff at Spanos Motors, I doubt I will ever purchase a luxury car anywhere else (now they only need to sell minivans too). First of all, the price was $6,000 lower than similar cars we priced in our local area. I could call at 10:30 at night and have my questions answered and they could not have been more courteous or professional. Also when we were driving our car, we noticed an alignment problem. That problem was no problem at all. We got it fixed, faxed the bill to them, and they reimbursed us immediately. No hassles or haggling. They even stated that their number one objective was to make us happy, to have us comfortable with our purchase so we would refer our friends, and to have us as a future customer. They are three for three.
